Te Aroha Noa invites teen parents, aged between 13 and 20 years who have or will be having a child to come and engage with either our Family/whanau development team or the Learning Hub and Early Childhood Centre. This is a great opportunity for Te Aroha Noa to provide young parents a supportive and safe place to belong and grow potential for themselves and their family.
We offer group sessions where teen parents come together with their children to meet others; We also focus on individual times where support and vision can be created to achieve young parent's dreams. There is advocacy and support available with a focus on the health, educational and social needs of young parents and their families. This happens in a fun, exciting and new environment with great activities and food.
This is a place where young parents can call their own, to share their ideas and voice their opinions in a safe and supported space.
